**Opium Amsterdam Code of Conduct**

 

Welcome to Opium Amsterdam! We strive to create an enjoyable and respectful environment for all attendees. Please read and adhere to the following code of conduct:

 

1. **Ticket Verification**: Tickets will be checked at the entrance of the event by name. If the names or photos used for registration or ticket purchase do not match the individuals presenting themselves at the entrance, access will be denied, and membership may be canceled. Tickets are only refundable under special circumstances.

 

2. **No Door Sales**: Tickets will not be sold at the door on the night of the event.

 

3. **Entry Requirements**: Opium Amsterdam events are open to couples (man & woman) and single ladies. Couples who are members of the community may introduce an additional woman to accompany them. The additional woman must undergo the same registration process as all other members.

 

4. **Personal Responsibility**: Entering the event is at your own risk. Opium Amsterdam cannot be held liable for any form of damage or injury.

 

5. **Liability for Damage**: Visitors are responsible for any damage to the venue or Opium Amsterdam’s property and will be liable for repair or compensation.

 

6. **Substance Use**: The use of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Members are encouraged to monitor their alcohol intake to ensure respectful interactions and consent.

 

7. **Behavioral Standards**: While personal matters between members typically remain private, patterns of problematic behavior or consent violations will be addressed by Opium Amsterdam.

 

8. **Dress Code**: A specific dress code is enforced at all Opium Amsterdam events. Compliance is mandatory, and access may be denied for non-adherence. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

9. **Privacy and Discretion**: Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose identities or share experiences without explicit permission. This includes refraining from social media posts that tag other members without their consent.

 

10. **Communication**: Open and constructive communication between members is encouraged, while gossip and unsolicited advances are prohibited. Members are expected to avoid criticizing each other and using blaming language.

 

11. **Consent**: Active and informed consent must be sought and respected at all times. Members must regularly check each other's boundaries, and any refusal or withdrawal of consent must be honored.

 

12. **Security Measures**: For safety, security agents may conduct non-systematic checks, including superficial pat-downs and baggage checks. Refusal of these checks may result in denial of access to the event. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

13. **Intervention in Cases of Disorder**: In cases of violence or disorderly conduct, security will intervene, and law enforcement may be called. If weapons or drugs are discovered, the matter will be referred to the police.

 

14. **Mutual Support**: Members are encouraged to look out for one another by offering help when needed and informing event hosts if any issues arise.

 

15. **Behavioral Enforcement**: Opium Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who misbehaves from the event. Access to future events may also be denied, and membership can be revoked or canceled. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

16. **Food and Drink Policy**: Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed at the event.

 

17. **Smoking Policy**: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

 

18. **Cloakroom and Lockers**: Use of cloakroom and lockers is at your own risk. Opium Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

19. **Core Values**: Respect, privacy, and discretion are paramount at Opium Amsterdam. We expect all attendees to uphold these values.

 

20. **Photography and Videography**: Taking photographs or recording videos with any device during Opium Amsterdam events is strictly prohibited. Breaches of this policy may result in denial of access. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

21. **Event Photography**: Opium Amsterdam may employ photographers and videographers to capture moments during events. These images will be shared on the Opium Amsterdam website, accessible only to attendees and members. If you find a photo of yourself that you wish to have removed, please contact us, and we will honor your request.

 

22. **Atmosphere Guidelines**: Opium Amsterdam promotes an erotic and flirtatious atmosphere. While you may behave accordingly, all actions must remain appropriate. Public sexual acts are not allowed unless designated spaces exist.

 

23. **Complaints and Concerns**: If you need to file a complaint against another member, please contact Opium Amsterdam. All complaints will be handled confidentially and with care.
